The environment

Built around the point where product integrity matters most.

We do not manufacture third-party flavourings from scratch. Our role is to receive them from established flavour houses and repackage them into useful sizes without losing the confidence that comes with the original product.

ISO 6 cleanroom classification

A tightly controlled repacking space

ISO cleanroom classes define permitted airborne particle concentrations. A lower class number means tighter control. Our cleanroom is independently tested and validated to ISO 6.

The modular room was designed and manufactured by Monmouth Scientific, who regularly inspect and validate the facility for ongoing compliance.

01 · Filtered air

High-efficiency air filtration helps reduce airborne particulate contamination.

02 · Controlled conditions

Temperature and humidity are continuously monitored within the facility.

03 · Hygiene procedures

Documented working practices support clean, repeatable product handling.

04 · Trained people

Staff complete ongoing internal and external training in hygienic ingredient handling.

From bulk to practical volumes

A clear chain of custody, not a black box.

Credibility is built by showing what happens between the manufacturer’s container and the bottle that arrives with you.

01

Source

Flavours are sourced from established flavour houses and must be food grade with current supporting analysis documentation.

02

Verify

Supplier and batch information is retained so the repacked product can be traced back to its source.

03

Repack

Bulk flavour is transferred into smaller formats inside the ISO 6 cleanroom under controlled handling procedures.

04

Identify

Product and batch identity stay connected through labelling, packing and dispatch.

Why it matters:  get the volume you need without taking on manufacturer minimums, while retaining the documentation and traceability expected in a professional food-ingredient supply chain.

Ingredient assurance

Evidence your technical team can work with.

We set requirements for the products we receive and keep supporting records available for customer due diligence. Document availability and detail vary by product and original manufacturer.

Buyer questions

Straight answers before you specify.

Do you manufacture the branded flavours you sell?

No. Branded flavour concentrates are made by their original flavour houses. Wholesale Flavours receives and, where required, repackages them into smaller quantities.

Can I request a certificate of analysis?

Yes. Contact the team with the exact product and size you are considering so they can confirm the documentation available from the manufacturer.

What does ISO 6 apply to?

The claim applies to the controlled cleanroom used for repacking. It does not imply that Wholesale Flavours manufactures every flavour or that every supplier holds the same certification.

Can you help with a product I cannot find online?

Yes. The team can discuss special orders and larger-volume requirements with the relevant flavour house.
