Volume discounts are worked out based on a per order basis.
At £1,000.00 exc. VAT – 2.5% Discount
At £2,500.00 exc. VAT – 5% Discount
At £5,000.00 exc. VAT – 7.5% Discount
At £10,000.00 exc. VAT – 10% Discount
We do not have a minimum order quantity.
This means that if you need a small amount quickly we can help.
It also allows you to try new products without committing to bulk quantities.
We serve businesses throughout the UK, Europe and around the World. We do not ship to the USA.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, an email including your tracking number will automatically be sent to the registered email address.
Viva Wallet
For orders under £1,000 you will be able to pay by Viva Wallet.
Orders by Viva Wallet can only be shipped to the verified shipping address you nominate at the time of order.
Your final VAT invoice will be emailed upon dispatch.
Bank Transfer
All orders over £1,000 must be paid by bank transfer.
Place your order as usual though the website. We will then double check stock and email you a pro forma invoice with our bank details.
If your payment is received by 2pm (Mon-Fri) we’ll dispatch it that day.
Your final VAT invoice will be emailed upon dispatch.
We strive to process your order quickly, offering a next working day delivery to mainland UK.
Deliveries to addresses overseas or remote areas may take slightly longer but a tracking number will be given allowing you to keep an eye on the progress of your delivery.
Shipping is worked out automatically based on your location and size of your order.
If we are able to save you money through shipping by pallet, we will adjust your quote and email you an up to dated quote prior to Bank transfer.
Stock levels can change very quickly, particularly if multiple customers are checking out at the same time with the same products.

We import American and Canadian flavour concentrates and re-bottle them ourselves.
They are unaltered in anyway and re-bottled into metric sizes such as 10ml, 100ml, 500ml and litres.
US Gallon bottles (3.78 litres) are also available from US and Canadian manufactures.
European manufacturers bulk size bottles are 5 litres.
We will not charge you any VAT.
