Our Order Process
Stock Levels
Stock levels can change very quickly, particularly if multiple customers are checking out at the same time with the same products.. Please feel free to call us before ordering if you’d like us to check availability.
If there is ever a problem with an item on your order, we’ll contact you before shipping the rest of the order.

Payment Methods
PayPal
For orders under £1,000 you will be able to pay by Paypal.
Orders by Paypal can only be shipped to the verified shipping address you nominate at the time of order. Paypal orders can’t be collected by you or your own courier and can’t contain 72mg nicotine.
Your final VAT invoice will be emailed upon dispatch.
Bank Transfer
All orders over £1,000 must be paid by bank transfer.
Place your order as usual though the website. We will then double check stock and email you a pro forma invoice with our bank details.
If your payment is received by 2pm (Mon-Fri) we’ll dispatch it that day.
Your final VAT invoice will be emailed upon dispatch.
Volume Discounts
Volume discounts are worked out based on a per order basis.
At £1,000.00 exc. VAT – 2.5% Discount
At £2,500.00 exc. VAT – 5% Discount
At £5,000.00 exc. VAT – 7.5% Discount
At £10,000.00 exc. VAT – 10% Discount
Lead Times
Orders completed before 2pm on a weekday will be shipped same day for next working day delivery. Orders after 2pm, on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
We will always email you a tracking number so you can keep up to date with the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
This is worked out automatically and will appear on your quote prior to payment.
If we are able to reduce cost by shipping your order via pallet delivery, we will contact to you and adjust your quote accordingly prior to payment.
EU Tax Exempt Invoicing
EU businesses must provide a valid VAT number to be registered as Tax exempt.
Provide this in the customer notes on your first order or email us with the relevant information.
