Ordering and Payment
We do not have a minimum order quantity. This means that if you need a small amount quickly we can help.
It also allows you to try new products without committing to bulk quantities.
Orders Under £1,000
For smaller orders, under £1,000, you will be offered the option of paying with any major credit or debit card (exc. Amex) via WorldPay.
You can also choose to pay for smaller orders by bank transfer if you prefer.
Orders over £1,000
All larger orders, over £1,000, must be paid by bank transfer. This is so that we can check stock, confirm delivery details and deal with any special order items before you pay.
Bank Transfer Order Process
- You build an order on our website (you could also email or phone us with an order if you prefer) and choose bank transfer as your payment method.
- We receive your order, check stock and email you a pro-forma invoice.
- You make your bank transfer.
- We dispatch your order and email you a VAT invoice.
If your payment is received by 3pm (Mon-Fri) we’ll dispatch it that day – unless there are special order items, or we need to manufacture or ‘private label’ products for you. However, we will discuss any potential delays with you before you make payment.
The only discounts we offer are based on individual order size and are applied automatically at checkout, or when we prepare your quotation. They are as follows:
Orders over £1,000.00 (ex. VAT) – 2.5% Discount
Orders over £2,500.00 (ex. VAT) – 5% Discount
Orders over £5,000.00 (ex. VAT) – 7.5% Discount
Orders over £10,000.00 (ex. VAT) – 10% Discount
Wholesale Flavours never issue coupon codes, so any sites advertising them are fake. However, we do recommend keeping an eye on our clearance section, where we regularly apply large discounts to overstocked or discontinued products.
You can make any changes to you need to your order up until it has been dispatched.

We will not charge you any VAT.
We hold over a thousand different flavours in stock. We also make a much wider range of products available for ‘special order’.
This means that if you want a flavour we don’t usually stock, or a larger quantity than we usually hold of something we do, we will add it to our next order with the manufacturer just for you.
Special order flavours take anything from two to eight weeks for us to get to you, depending upon how close we are to ordering from the manufacturer and how long their shipping to us takes. You are always welcome to call us on 01704 889500 before purchasing special order products. We will be able give you a much better indication of the lead time.
If you place an order including a mixture of in-stock and special order products, you have two options:
- Have the in-stock products dispatched immediately and the special order items dispatched when we receive them.
- Have us hold your entire order and dispatch it in one shipment when we receive your special order items.
It will save time if you let us know your preference in your order notes. However, if you don’t, we will always contact you to determine your preference before dispatching anything.
We do our best to hold enough stock to satisfy demand for every product. However, stock levels can change very quickly. Occasionally there may unexpected surges in demand for particular products, or there can be delays to a manufacturers’ shipments.
If an item is out of stock when you order we will offer you three options:
- Have a part order sent immediately and the rest dispatched as soon as we receive the out of stock item/s.
- Have us hold your entire order and dispatch it in one shipment when everything is in stock.
- Cancel part or all of your order (if you have already received a quote).

Shipping and Delivery
We serve businesses throughout the UK, Europe and around the World. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to the USA.
All shipping options are calculated based on the weight and size of your order
Our shipping partners are Royal Mail, DHL, DPD and UPS. We will automatically offer you the cheapest option at checkout. However, if you have a preference for a particular courier, please call us and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
Pallet delivery options are available for larger orders and bulky items that can not be shipped via Courier.

Any order placed by 3pm is usually dispatched the same day for next working day delivery in the UK.* We can also arrange a morning delivery if you need something urgently.
European orders will take approximately 3-5 days and global orders approximately 5-10 days.
Tracking numbers are provided for every order so that you can check the progress of your shipment.
* Particularly large orders, or when we are manufacturing or ‘private labelling’ products for you may take longer. However, we will discuss any potential delays with you before you make payment.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we have dispatched your order.
If, for any reason, you don’t receive the email, please call us on 01704 889500 or email info@wholesaleflavours.com and we will give you your your tracking number.
If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please call us on 01704 889500 or email info@wholesaleflavours.com and we will do our best to find out what is going on and fix the problem.
We advise that you research any duties, taxes or fees levied by your government before ordering. Unfortunately, these are completely outside of our control and must be paid to the relevant authorities by you when the order reaches your country, or upon delivery.
If you choose not to pay any sums due to your government when the shipment arrives in your country and the order is returned to us, we will refund you for the order. However, any charges levied on us by the courier for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
