    • Health warnings covering at least 30% of the packaging, stating: “This product contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance.”
    • Manufacturer contact details, including Wholesale Flavours’ registered address.
    • Instructions for safe use, storage recommendations, and any relevant warnings.
  • Language Compliance: Labels are provided in the official language(s) of the markets where the products are sold, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all customers.
  • No Misleading Claims: We avoid any promotional language or imagery that could suggest health benefits or encourage non-smokers to use vaping products.

4. Wholesale and Distribution

  • Age Verification: Wholesale Flavours only supplies products to verified businesses and ensures that our trade customers comply with age-restriction laws, prohibiting sales to individuals under 18 years of age.
  • Secure Distribution: We implement secure logistics and tracking to ensure that all products remain compliant during transport and delivery.

5. Consumer Safety and Responsibility

  • Customer Guidance: We provide clear guidance to our trade customers on the safe handling, storage, and use of our products to ensure compliance with TPD and to promote responsible vaping.
  • Adverse Event Reporting: Wholesale Flavours maintains a system for reporting any adverse effects related to our products, in line with MHRA requirements, to ensure ongoing safety monitoring.

6. Advertising and Promotion

  • We adhere to TPD restrictions on advertising, ensuring that our marketing practices do not target non-smokers or minors. All promotional materials comply with regulations, including restrictions on cross-border advertising within the EU/UK.
